Part of our group benefits is to offer Professional Malpractice and General Liability insurance The coverage provides $2,000,000 for liability and $2,000,000 for malpractice. This coverage works only for the Modalities specified below, provided the practitioner has successfully completed the requisite training and is certified by an approved School or Association, and must be practicing in Canada.

There are two choices of coverage:

Option 1--this option will cover all the modalities below, with the premium of $240.60, all fees included.

Important Notice - Claims or Occurrences During Policy Term Your malpractice coverage is a Claims Made form. All claims MUST be reported during the policy period in which you are first aware of a possible claim. Please ensure that any occurrence that MAY result in legal action is reported to Impact Insurance Brokers immediately.

Claims or Occurrences Prior to Coverage Inception
There is no retroactive date offered under this policy. Any occurrences prior to the effective date that may result in legal action are deemed to be outside the policy period and subsequently are not covered by this policy.

It is important to renew on time every year in order to ensure continuous coverage. If you do not intend to renew please notify us, in order for us keep our records updated.
